Gwilym Simcock is a British pianist and composer working in both jazz and classical music, and often blurring the boundaries of the two. He is joined for this concert by guitar wizard Mike Walker and the virtuosic harmonica player from the Netherlands, Hermine Deurloo.

Ukrainian-born harpist Alina Bzhezhinska was born in the Ukraine and studied art and classical music in Poland and the USA before settling in London. She has performed internationally with many leading orchestras and she will be appearing at the Festival with her quartet, performing a set heavily influenced by the music of Alice Coltrane, Sun Ra, 90s Trip hop and Kuti-esque Afrobeat.
